[Suggestion] Add Multiple Karts and Kart Selector

Since the kart sprite is separate from the character sprite, it would be great to introduce unlockable karts. These wouldn't change stats but could reference different Sonic games, like Amy's car from Sonic R. Players could choose their kart after selecting their character, adding more customization and a system for addon karts.
