[Suggestion] Add Multiple Skins and Skin Selector

Similar to how Eggrobo is a skin of Eggman, more characters should have additional skins that reference their various outfits or forms from other games. This approach can introduce extra characters without using up character slots. Addons should also utilize this feature to avoid replacing existing characters.
