Reduced visual effects still has full screen flash on elimination.
I posted this on the discord a while back, but just wanted to ensure it wasn't lost and unnoticed. In 2.3, the reduced visual effects option still has a fast full screen flash effect on elimination if you do not finish the race.

As someone who suffers from photosensitivity issues, this is really not that great to look at, and I would greatly appreciate an option to remove it in the future. All of the other changes made to improve reduced effects have been fantastic fwiw.
