drawOnMinimap scale/position is not consistent with vanilla minimaps.
There's some scaling/offset logic that gets applied to base-game elements but not to minimap elements from HUD hooks. This is a playthrough of Las Vegas where my exact x/y position is supposed to be marked on the map. Notice that all of the dots are compressed towards the upper center of the map, even when that would suggest that I was driving out-of-bounds. ![image](/uploads/9f0925b11a9857e74738c8d2b287ef0c/image.png)
