HVR Can't handle mapthing ID's above 32767

while attempting to select a high mapthing ID I got an error with High Voltage Ring not being able to handle it.

I tried the number 40000 and got the error pictured

This issue is actually a cross post from the github as I didn't know where to actually submit the issue.
