[software] Texture alignment on steep slopes quickly lose precision away from the map center
What is expected, the road stripe neatly wrapping around this cylinder
What actually displays in-game (using UDMF texture alignment and rotation here), the line is crooked.
This is unrelated to texture scaling, as the alignment will look the same in SRB2 2.2.13. The rate of precision loss as you move from the center meanwhile is very much impacted by the slope angle. OpenGL works fine last I checked.
