I'll leave this issue open for now for documentation purposes but this does seem like something that would just need to be fixed on the mod's end. @SMS_Alfredo tagging you in case you have an opinion here, idk how difficult this would be to fix on your end.
My assumption is that it should be extremely easy to fix. Like Hanicef said, the best thing to do here is just to minimize damage, so if some small things can't be avoided, that's fine by me.
