Midi Issues

• Midi Title Screen music doesn't match the visual title screen.
  • It just doesn't contain the pause at the beginning that the digital version has to account for the transition.
• Midi music volume doesn't work. Like, at all.

I'm assuming you're using the native midi option, in which case is intentional, as native midi support on Windows sucks

Nope, this happens with ALL midi players.
