[2.2.7 RC1] Act back-sprite doesn't appear in multiplayer levels

The blue sprite behind the act number doesn't appear when playing in multiplayer levels.

This is intentional. Whether or not it should be changed, I don't know (I'd personally prefer the title card, zone name and all, to be displayed once/like in singleplayer instead of split onto both screens), but currently, the game makes sure that the player isn't playing splitscreen before drawing the act diamond.

It's because of the way the act diamond crosses vertical screen divides, which can't be properly clipped without doing a bunch of expensive calculations that isn't worth it for just splitscreen's purpose.

Closing this issue because it's confirmed to be intentional behavior.
