I have a problem with the instalation (2.2.7)

Hi! Im having a bit of trouble here. Im trying to install the 2.2.7 patch onto my 2.2.6 game but something isn't working. this error keeps poping up.(beacouse it's in polish rough translation) The program won't run beacouse the file "libgme.dll" is missing, the error may vanish after reinstalling. I hoestly don't know what to do. Please help
