File Addon Limit change

the File Limit system needs to be updated, currently it is based on the text in the filename, rather than the amount of files. that's bad™️ causes srb2 to run outa addon space in a heartbeat. this needs to be updated to be based on the amount of files instead. i would be surprised if repacking doesn't come back with the current system existing.
