Halfway during bootup, SRB2 shifts up its viewport until it's done initialising.

It's happened to me on 2.2.7 RC2 aswell. I don't know how to reproduce it but when it happens, it won't go away anymore.

This happens to me when I set con_textsize to Small or Large.
