MFE_TOUCHLAVA does not get activated by sloped lava

Basically, I'm trying to recolor this water wake thingy when it's spawned by a player who's currently running on lava, but MFE_TOUCHLAVA doesn't appear to get activated by sloped lava, which causes it to go back to its regular blue.

This is an entirely different issue. Yes, it involves a water particle thing, but this is specifically regarding the flag that's supposed to be applied when you're touching lava, not just the bubbles.
