[2.2.8] Missing Lava FOF in RVZ1

Minor thing but I noticed that there's missing lava at the area near a Rolling Stone which is used for one of the emblems. Also... it seems to have the death pit tag on it's floor even though you normally can't fit into that gap... and if lava was there... you wouldn't be able to touch the floor.
