SDL: Mouse is not automatically captured by window

Consvar to toggle whether to capture the mouse or not. -nomouse to ignore mouse completely

Sounds simple enough, I'll get to that eventually.

Yeah, I tried this out for myself and I realized I don't completely understand the bug description. So I guess I won't be of much help, currently...
