[2.2.8 - 2.2.9 RC1] RVZ1 - Another missing lava FOF

Minor, but there's a missing lava FOF located near the path where if you fall, you can find a tunnel with a token or if you keep going the normal way... you ride a floor going up/down leading to a bunch of yellow springs.

Coordinates are included for showing the location. Appears in both 2.2.8 as well as the 2.2.9 Prerelease.
