[2.2.9 RC 1] Intermission screen crash in CTF and Team Match

How to reproduce:

1. Disable the HUD. (showhud no or F3)
2. Change the gametype to CTF or Team Match.
3. Finish the round. (exitlevel)

The game will segfault after the fade out. This is not reproducible if the HUD was enabled during a gametype with teams.
