[Netgames] Crashing bug

There's a bug that can crash the server it is very easy to replicate it you need a long name something like "QWERTYUIOPASDFGHJKLZX" once done it join a server and then on the console type "say ......................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................" and spam it until the server freezes and then crashes
