[2.2.9] Incorrect location for the "-2" when firing without the required rings in Splitscreen.

Re-submitted due to the rollback.

When you fire without having the required rings... a "-2" appears above your selected weapon ring... only in splitscreen it appears for the player at the bottom if the top player fires.

May happen with all weapon rings.
