[next] the great grate break

I don't know what this effect is but udmf broke it. Map is the hub of oldc 2021 round 1.

Putting some notes here for when I have the time to investigate this further: This is a solid, translucent FOF (type 102) with full opacity and a ceiling flat that has cyan pixels. Both 2.2.10 and next correctly treat the cyan pixels as invisible. Both do not draw the insides of the FOF walls. The difference is that 2.2.10 instead draws the regular wall behind the FOF, but next freaks out and doesn't draw anything.

It seems the fullbright flat issue in OpenGL happens to all partially transparent FOF flats. There's some random grates in CEZ2 that have this bug.
