Slope collision overrides force-roll boosters

Found this while working on Beneath The Shell. In short, if a booster is placed on a sloped sector facing uphill and is given the force-roll flag, the booster refuses to force-roll the player because it's shoving the player into the slope, causing the position to snap up as if we just landed. This does not happen if the player is holding Spin.

(See how you can hear the [Spin] sound?)
