Clicking outside of a fullscreen game messes with the mouse cursor

This issue has been present for a while now. It's somewhat obscure, since it can only happen with multiple displays, but it's simple to reproduce:

  1. Have SRB2 in fullscreen
  2. Load a level, or go to any other state that captures the mouse cursor
  3. Pause the game, or otherwise release the mouse cursor
  4. Move the mouse to another display, then click

The mouse cursor then instantly gets moved to the display that SRB2 was on, while registering the mouse button as being held down, so it will select any text or drag any window/icon/etc. along the way. This often leads to unwanted situations on my end, such as opening a second window of my browser by dragging a tab.
