[2.2.X] Amy and Fang can get stuck in Frozen Hillside

Amy and Fang notably get stuck in this spot in Frozen Hillside. The ideal solution, in my opinion, would be to put a slightly raised bit of ground, or ice in the corner for players to jump on and then jump off of.
