[2.2.11 pre1] Clients in netgames have too much tick lag that happens too often
In netgames, if you are the client, then the tick delay lasts too long to the point where it makes playing the game unplayable without dying and by that, I mean the tick lag lasts way more than just a few seconds or so and plus it does it almost every second after the tick is registered, but only if the framerate cap is not set to 35 fps since the tick lag happens at a slower rate lower the setting. In fact, with the fps cap at 35 fps, the tick lag is like how it is in 2.2.10 almost. This issue does not occur in dedicated servers, since in dedicated servers clients have the expected amount of tick lag. https://streamable.com/bg0ovs
