Lua numbers should support ufixed_t in the future in some shape or form

Merge request !1964 (merged) introduces ufixed_t which gave me a suggestion, but has not been merged yet. Maybe in a future major update, Lua numbers might allow for conversion between fixed_t and ufixed_t through functions to support both fixed_t and ufixed_t for example. If anyone has a suggestion for how they think Lua could handle ufixed_t numbers, feel free to discuss it on this issue since I think ufixed_t could be useful for Lua in the future as long as it is done in a major update to prevent Lua scripts from possibly breaking and it is done properly.
