NiGHTS fullbright fixes

I accidentally forgot to account for certain NiGHTS conditions in !1043 (merged). This led to:

  • Super characters being fullbright for the full first transformation animation, when they should only be fullbright for the last few frames (view bug) (view fix)
  • Non-super characters with no NiGHTS skin not being fullbright despite using Super Sonic (view bug)
