Changing a sector's height using ++/-- etc. has no effect on sloped surfaces

While this technically makes sense, it would be very practical if changing the height automatically affected the slope offset. It is also worth mentioning that changing the slope offset on a non-sloped surface apparently does change the sector height instead, but only if only one sector is selected.
