Fix some crashes

I hate git, shouldve branched stuff but e This fixes those nasty FreeMipmapColormap crashes aswell as crashes that sometime occour when a music change with fade happens Both are esp useful for listen servers, esp since the kirby easteregg applies to everyone and can crash whole listen servers cause of it

Both are replicatable FreeMipmapColormap crash happens often after long game sessions, its often triggered by Cerulean Riviera Zone from SparkCup

The musicfade crash can be triggered by either The easteregg on Prisonic Fairytale from SI-HTpak or by the infamous Kirby easteregg on Desert Dream from Dreamscape gardens.
