Lift unlockable limits
This patch lifts the savedata and unlockable limits, allowing any numbers of emblems, unlockables and condition sets. This fixes save issues with SUGOI, as that addon is known to exceed those limits.
NOTE: While it should be backwards compatible, it's not tested enough to ensure savefiles will not be corrupted, so make a copy of your saves before you use this!
NOTE 2: This patch is known to break SUGOI saves, as it expands savefiles now instead of truncating them. This means that old save files for SUGOI will not work with this patch!
