In the game, you can see that the aiming angle of NetPlus users jitters back and forth. This is caused by the EncodeTiccmdTime() hack so the NetPlus can determine current network conditions all by itself, without any help from a server. There's also DecodeTiccmdTime() function which helps to determine the current latency and missed tics. It may also help to detect NetPlus players in vanilla servers.
