Update CMakeLists.txt

Guess someone forgot to update it, oops.

Should fix issues with game complaining about patch.kart having bad md5 with cmake builds.

changed the description

patch.dta should stay, even as a comment (though I don't think it HAS to be), due to it being still possible to enable.

I'm happy to do a PR for it; CMake is a dependency for the work.

(edit: whoops, sorry, just looked at it and realized this just has to do with patch.kart. I don't need this after all!)
