Change default showping from Warning to Always

Title says it all, ping should probably always be shown for convenience especially now that it takes so little space

BTW: to people experiencing weird changes in cvars value sometimes; since config.cfg is wiped everytime you restart the EXE, if you use one that doesn't have cv_showping then your setting for it is permanently gone, so it got set back to Warning (which was the default) whenever you used the ping EXE again
