Cap FOV on 2 players splitscreen

Above 95 base FOV, the added FOV on 2P splitscreen makes the sides of the screen rip, tear and scream in terror in software. This merely caps the FOV in that particular instance to avoid it, as this issue is particurarily annoying in replays if you want to switch to a 2P viewpoint for instance
