Adds the Custom Color Expansion Project
This adds 102 additional skincolors to SRB2Kart. 30 of these skincolors are ports or conversions from Sonic Robo Blast 2 version 2.2 adapted into Kart's palette (re-named if their names would otherwise conflict, such as 2.2's Yellow being called Banana here), the remaining 72 are customs designed from scratch.
The new skincolors come after Lilac on the skincolor list in the Player Setup menu and begin with the 2.2 conversions, followed by the new colors, then it returns to the original set. Each skincolor also gives appropriately-colored text in the in-game chat:
