Center Camera when joining from Spectator

If you looked up or down while being spectator and then joined the game, the camera never reset, so you still kept looking up or down while ingame This simply resets the camera when joining from spec (if it isnt centered already)

This only resets P1's pitch, so this won't be compatible with split-screen.
