Add Join Last Server button to Multiplayer Connection Menu

This MR adds a menu option to the multiplayer connection menu and a CVAR to save the last server. When you click this option it will join you to the last server you joined from the direct connect box or master server list. Support for the master server was added by Alu Folie (Thx so much :D)
