Not Lua Consoleplayer

This is a quick, cheap hack to make splitscreen not almost impossible to support in major mods like Wipezones.

I have a modified version of the previously mentioned mod if devs want to test this, but I don't want to share it without Lat`'s permission because I don't actually know if it's based on the latest mb version or whatnot.
