Offroad & wipeout stuff (AKA: piss off salty Metal mains even more)

  • Remove offroad leniency bias towards heavyweights, everyone now plays fair and has an equal 0.5 second long leniency window. (I have a feeling this was a leftover from our older stat system.)
  • Friction changes normally applied for movement are not longer applied in offroad, to make speed drop sooner.
  • To accompany the speed requirement change last patch, drift sparks can't be started in the middle of offroad what-so-ever. They can still be started before and then carried into, though.
  • On bump, wipeout's slowdown & spinout is set to 20 tics if below it, instead of adding 20 more tics per bump. This makes excessive bumping in huge servers just a tiny bit more lenient.
  • Wipeout slowdown is twice as strong, and the extra wipeout slowdown in offroad is now static rather than varying depending on type of offroad. These changes together make it harder to be sent into the middle of offroad by items.
