Fix drift sparks not generating on offroad with Hyudoro, Invincibility, or sneaker boosts

Does exactly as it says. Tested and confirmed working, can provide an EXE if necessary. Let me know if the formatting on that check should be changed, I kinda just left it all on one line because I figured it would be a nasty looking check either way.
