Ghetto magnet hand fix until we can get something better
A VERY rough fix for the fabled magnet hand bug where spikeballs and jawz could send you flying in totally opposite directions you'd expect due to them moving so fast. This here also kind of normalizes the collision to the point where knockback should mostly feel the same if the speed is also the same (I'm not sure this is a desirable effect, but to me consistency seems good)
If you have any better fix in mind for this patch, now's a good time to show it!
