New map command

James R. requested to merge james/Kart-Public:map-by-name into master

I know it's not the most exciting thing, but it does have some very nice possibilities. KEYWORD allows sort of "tagging" maps with common words (separated by spaces). And there is a G_FindMap function that could be used for a menu implementation. I'm going to hold off on that for now though.
