MAXPREDICTTICS bumped to 30 because it was causing lag compensation issues with the item roulette, where from D6 onwards it may misjudge how far it had to roll back through the roulette to get the correct item.
mindelay maximum changed to 15 due to a discussion with @Tyron where no one is going to realistically increase it past this and I agreed, in accordance to the previous change as well.
