ReduceVFX: Disable character flashing when viewing staff ghost replays using hidden characters.
When reducevfx is enabled, disables flashing effects applied to the character sprite when viewing staff ghost replays using hidden characters. Since hidden characters in replays are displayed as solid color blocks, having them flash is much more likely to cause visual discomfort and strain than when the same effects are applied to normally rendered characters. A side effect of this implementation is that hidden character staff ghosts appear brighter than when reducevfx is off; I'm inclined to think this is a perfectly acceptable trade-off, but it's worth noting either way. Fixed on toaster's suggestion below.
