Block disabling Kickstart Accel during Tricks and when pressing Spindash (resolves #96)
Spindash button can still be used to rev up Kickstart Acccel, but tapping Spindash no longer shuts it off. In addition, Kickstart will no longer disable itself when inputting a trick. This allows the player to perform Tricks and quick spindashes without Kickstart Accel turning itself off against their will.
