Update .NET requirements, fix minor OpenGL crashes on Linux systems

Essentially does what the title says.

• Upgrades the .NET requirement to 4.7.2, to match Ultimate Zone Builder's requirements.
• Fixes minor OpenGL crashes on Linux systems.
• Fixes some other issues along the way, like Issue #14.
