Update config to include most missing things.

Currently, this branch adds some missing items in the HVR thing picker, like the Battle Kiosk and the Minimap Markers.

Some invisible sprites have been given internal icons courtesy of Achii, who also gave me permission to pull their config and overall make this PR significantly less painful to do. The icon for the Minimap Markers were done by me.
