fix: adjust usage/help message to reflect Ring Racers usage and be more standard

This MR simply re-writes the usage message to reflect the name of the program and its actual usage as a character mod generator for Ring Racers, not SRB2. It's also more "correct" according to the NetBSD style guide, Caltech, and the University of Toronto.
