NiGHTS path rendering
Some parsing of NiGHTS axis, axis transfers and axis transfer lines with the same parameter variable and sequential flag values.

HIGH PRIORITY: Simply drawing a full, thin-line circle around every axis point of radius (its angle)*FRACUNIT. -
HIGH PRIORITY: proper handling of axis transfers and axis transfer lines. -
HIGH PRIORITY: Make the color for the NiGHTS path configurable. -
HIGH PRIORITY: Make the rendering precision of the circles configurable. -
Medium Priority: Cutting off the NiGHTS axis circles based on the position of axis transfer and axis transfer line objects. -
low priority: some visualisation for the intersection of these circles, such as a fake vertex or a cross symbol... on which objects might be placeable? -
low priority: the colours of different mares (different parameter values...) being able to be set differently. -
a pipe dream: placing objects on these lines via guiding the cursor when nearby -
a pipe dream: drag the circle to change the radius of axes -
