FOF rendering issues
Originally discovered in SRB2 the past with transparent fofs in water, the issue has now spread to other fof types as well.
If an opaque fof other than solid opaque is intersecting with another, only the outer fof will be rendered properly.
but if it is (100) solid opaque it will render properly.
Making this issue even weirder is that the transparent fof issue isn't consistent, but once a way is found to trigger the bug that way continues to work.
