Intro cutscene is too slow
The intro cutscene plays too slow overall. It only gets through half of the text on the last screen before the music stops. This means all the stings and motifs for events like Eggman showing up and the mountain being destroyed play too early. I was going to go into the cutscene SOC to try to fix it, but I was immediately informed the entire thing is hardcoded. My understanding is that this is due to the intro requiring special drawing functions, but what if we made those usable in non-hardcoded cutscenes? We really need to softcode more things in general, I hear...
